I liked the stay, everything was excellent EXCEPT the shower system, it was the worst shower I've ever seen!

Not particularly quiet, but easy access to sites and public transportation. My negative-ish review is due to front desk staff rudeness. We were two friends (not a couple), traveling together and needed 2 keys as were doing different activities. Was told:
Second key not possible
The hotel was full and there were no more key cards.
Was finally given a metal key from security that did not work.
When tried again to get key card, was given one that was only good for 12 hours.
The front desk on the last day were wonderful, but the previous day issues were annoying
