Very cozy, clean hotel, great location
Posted 24 Jun 2018The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful.The location is great - the opera house and the republic square are witthin 20-25 minute walk. The breakfast offers a good choice of home-made foods.

About what I expected
Posted 19 Sep 2017 on HotelsClose enough to the central area. Bed was just ok; slightly uncomfortable. There's air conditioning in the room, but not in the rest of the hotel (or they just don't turn it on). Staff was extremely helpful with restaurant and tour recommendations.
Overall about what I expected for the price.

It was a good place for the value , the breakfast was ok but seemed that the food wasnt fresh

Mir hat es die Sauberkeit gefallen. Einzigartig war das Frühstück. MitarbeiterInnen waren ok.

Wunderschönes,kleines Hotel (12 Zimmer ) in einer ruhigen Strasse in Jerewan gelegen.Sehr freundliches Personal.Wir waren 2 Ehepaare und
der Manager des Hotels arbeitete für uns 2 Zweitagestouren und eine Viertagestour aus,die wir mit dem Hoteleigenen Fahrzeug und unserem Fahrer Karen unternahmen der uns Armenien auf sehr interessante und persönliche Art näherbrachte.
