Amazing location and room
Posted 3 Jul 2023 on HotelsThe stay has been amazing.The staff are really friendly and guide you through any clarifications required.They are in the strategic center and everything is accessible in walking dist.
Furthermore the rooms are amazing with huge washrooms, properly maintained and cleaned everyday. Special thanks to Karen and David who helped us with the late check out ..Love it overall..Nothing negative to mention. Will definitely stay here when we are in Yerevan again :)

Posted 5 Oct 2022 on HotelsThe hotel Itself nestles on the 10th floor of a business center of the city center. The location is very convenient. Entrance is ugly with a lonely business center’s concierge trying to sleep on his chair behind the pulpit.
I stayed in room 502. The room was spacious with 2 bedrooms what was completely unexpected for me. Sheets on my bed were not exactly clean and perfect. I noticed some reddish stains. Tiny but disgusting for me. So I chose to sleep on the other side of the bed.
Hairdryer was fine. Powerful and proper. Shower amenities were present. Very average. Shower and the bathroom itself were good enough.

Centrally located, exceptionally clean and modern. Staff especially the ones at the reception were extremely polite and very helpful. Unfortunely we got a room without a window so no natural light and we couldn't tell if its day or night and so our diurnal rhythm was off, and it was too close to the reception which meant noise and light caused sleep problems. With a better room it would have been a perfect stay.

This place was in the heart of Yerevan, very convenient and close to everything, super clean, everything was new, very helpful staff, great service. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. Highly recommend it. Didn’t offer breakfast or dinner, but this was fine for us, we wanted to explore the cuisine of the city and not just the hotels. Stayed both at a major hotel and here, this felt more like our home. Had a clean small kitchenette (brand new) but didn’t need it. Combined washer and dryer, although brand new, it just didn’t do a great job and had to run for 3 hours. Only negative. Highly recommend. Would stay here again when I return to Yerevan.
