Great little hotel with friendly staff. Not in the best part of town but very convenient with lots of parking and a nice pub bar and restaurant. Walkable into town and next to Pen Mill Station

Conveniently situated two minutes walk from the train station. Excellent choice of food to cater for all dietary requirements, super friendly staff and easy walk into town.

We found the service to be slow, which was unusual as we have stayed here at this accommodation many times and found it to be excellent the showers and bath need a complete clean and overhaul

All staff very welcoming and nice, the pub below had really nice food and drink, room very cozy, I have no complaints as it was perfect, they were very accommodating, the hotel was beautiful and very romantic, we would definitely stay there again
