Great location. Close to airport, but you don't really hear it. Great views. Cleaniness was impeccable. No complaints. Would stay again!

This hotel does not meet our expectation of a four star hotel. Each day, the hotel only provides one paper cup per person for drinking. So if you drank coffee out of the cup, it appears you are expected to use the same paper cup for sodas or tea. Otherwise, you will have to call housekeeping to get more paper cups. There is only one iron and one iron board at the coin laundry area to be shared by all hotel guest…it is so ridiculous that we have to bring our clothes down to the coin laundry area for ironing instead of doing it in our own room. There is no bathroom scale or any scales in the hotel for guests to either weigh themselves or their luggage. Finally, the hotel staffs have no clue and cannot provide any restaurant recommendations in the area. This was so frustrating for first time visitors to Jeju like us.

Great location! Walkable distance to shopping stores and restaurants. Front desk staff were extremely kind and thoughtful. Free shuttle to Jeju airport was a bonus. Enjoyed my stay.

Quiet around area, walking distance 10-15mins to reach shopping street, restaurants. Have airport shuttle is very convenient.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Good location. Elevators are slow. Breakfast buffet rather mediocre. Bed was a bit small. Overall an acceptable experience
