Nothing special, I wouldn’t recommend this facility or any facility in the park don’t waste your money. Stay outside the park.

There is no internet or cell phone usage in the area. Which was fine. Definitely designed to encourage not being in your room comfortable and clean.

Bare bones lodging inside the park. It was so convenient though and the staff at the lakeside grill was friendly and helpful

Staff were very dismissive. We ask for extra towels and sheets. Was rudely told they weren’t available at the registration office and they would be sent to our room; towels and set of sheets didn’t up. Had to drive up to registration (after 10pm) to ask again. Finally, we received towels and extra blankets which we never asked for. No need for blankets (?), room was hot. Also, mentioned the coffee maker wasn’t working and again, very dismissive; they said we could go to the restaurant to look for hot water. I have never previously complained about a hotel stay until now. We cut our stay by a night. Horrible, horrible, horrible! And everything is dated; bathrooms are tiny. I can go on…

No wifi access at all. They claimed wifi is available only in registration lobby and that too did not work. The front desk themselves were saying it does not really work even if the company claims it should work in the lobby. Of course the internet access for front desk office works, otherwise how are they processing all the payments. Clearly the company is taking advantage of its monopoly and does not care about customer experience. Not sure how much money the company is saving by not providing wifi access to its customers.

We had a beautiful view of the lake in the fox lodge. Be sure to request an even number room for the side with the view! We had dinner reservations at the dining room. Excellent service and a view of the lake again! They provide a fan in the rooms, which is a nice gesture. Overall, a wonderful stay! (We didn’t mind not having WiFi. It gave us more time to relax and talk to our kids.)
