The personal was kindly and care to the us, Adriana in the restaurant was so nice always keeping us with hot coffee, the bedroom was so clean and nice I love the sheets and the white quilts on the beds, the view from my window was spectacular, the pool clean and warm all the time. Thank you so much for your service I enjoy a lot.

Everything was amazing until I came back home and realized THE CLEANING STAFF STOLE MY CLOTHES! The four days I stayed I never asked for cleaning service or anything but towels but to my surprise they still entered my room and took the liberty of taking my clothes counting on me not noticing because I had so much luggage what a disgrace everything was 10/10 but stealing my clothes degraded themselves to a 2/10 the staff should not be allowed in your room when you clearly stated you didn’t want them in there. Im never coming back and that’s a fact! Going to such an expensive hotel just to get robbed, what a joke!

Although the hotel is modern and clean, we were annoyed that key attractions, the suspension bridge over the waterfall, and the walking paths leading down to the river below the waterfall were closed after 3pm, the normal time for checking in.

Food and serving staff are the best things this hotel has. Front office staff needs customer service training. They are never able to do anything without a manager and the manager is never at the property (so they say). Room I recently was in had dead insects in bathroom and near door.

My husband and I have stayed at this property before and most staff goes out of their way to accommodate and make our stay very pleasurable, especially the restaurant staff. The buffet is excellent. The front desk is probably the worst as customer service. My husband had work papers to scan and she was quite rude her name Salma. It seems that everything you ask them to do is painful and tiring and interfering with the conversations they have amongst themselves and the concierge, Other than that first impression, everyone else is outstanding!
