I really appreciate the warm welcome and help from the W Experirnce Shift Leader, Rene Tang. She understands that i just arrived from a long haul flight and wanted a place to get rest right away. She tried her best to get me a room way before the standard check-in time. And, I also want to commend Rene for her professionalism and hospitality to the care of customers. All in all, I give W Hotel Hong Kong and its staff an A !

I have been stay at the same hotel in the last 3 months. The pillows that they provide do not have the fresh and comfortable level I was expected. Since I was stay in the same rooms in different times. I don't see much of the improvement. Last time I stayed the water for the shower was not at the temperature did not get warm to my comfortable level. One time the the pillow itself smell pretty bad.
