The reception's service was great. The host are welcoming and helpful too. The place is very strategic for travellers who depended on the public transport heavily.

Great room with air conditioning, clean for Hong Kong. Nice Innkeeper. I spoke mandarin but English speakers can get by.

The staff was incredibly friendly with perfect English. The location is admittedly a little confusing, but once you enter the elevator lobby with lots of signs, just go to floor 11 and you’ll be there.

Posted 20 Mar 2023 on HotelsGreat host, good location, MTR station is at the entrance of the building. The A21 bus to and from the airport is quite close by on Nathan Road. Good aircon wifi and hot water supply. Rooms are small but it is the norm in HK.
