Did not clean the room

Their net is not working at all in the room and the TV too because there is no connection with the Internet and I do have a really hard time. I did talk to them. They did not reply positively they did not clean the room so I stay for two nights they room was clean when I checked in and the next day they did not clean it.

The staff at the hotel are always ready to go above and beyond to help. In an environment where customer service is usually a challenge, I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the front desk staff in particular as well as those in the bar on the first floor.

I definitely recommend that hotel if you visit Yaoundé make a stop and for sure you won’t be disappointed.

A new hotel that meets all standards. Staff was super friendly and competent. Breakfast could do better and offer more variety, but overall excellent Hotel in Yaounde!

Exciting and rich buffet
Large rooms, pillows and beds guarantee your sleep
Genuinely nice people. All customers keep smiling
They even called me for my Rolex watch I left behind
Am recommending 300% and WILL go back to Star Land

Attentive staff. Food was really good. I often came back late at night and even though restaurant was closing, they were very amendable to provide me with tasty meals. Thank you for the experience.
