Nice staffs, walkable distance to the airport. It would be nice if there is a swimming pool. Hot water need to be improved.

Very good hotel
Posted 24 Feb 2020 on HotelsTotally new hotel. Very clean. Food was excellent at dinner. Very contemporary lobby with art. Bathroom clean . Halls fresh. Only suggestion is the air conditioner smelt a bit musty. Great service. 2000 kyat taxi ride to airport. Best option if staying near the airport.

quick rest while transferring to domestic terminal
Posted 5 Jan 2020 on Hotelsvery basic hotel by western standards, sub-par toilet, decent eggs for breakfast, cnn and a movie channel on tv.. room was totally infested by mosquitoes, we spent a good 30 mins killing at least a dozen of them.. for the price we paid (less than 50usd/room/night) it is good enough for a quick rest near the airport if transfering to/from domestic and international terminals
best thing about this hotel are the super nice people working in it, they should deserve a better working establishment

So close to airport. Michelle at front desk has to be the most efficient person we met in Myanmar. Our room was super noisy and she quickly moved us to a lovely room at back of hotel, very quiet. Breakfast was fine, didn’t eat other meals here. Very professional hotel.

The hotel is very close to the Yangon International Airport which is convenient to me who needed to take an early morning flight the next day, It takes only 15-min. by foot to go to the airport. There are a few restaurants around. Walking outside the hotel and airport is also safe. The Airport coaches also pass by the hotel which costs only 500 Kyat per ride. The budget hotel is new and the premises looks new and clean. My standard room has the basic facilities which is value for money. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast menu is good although not many varieties. I would certainly come back again.
