Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Beautiful gardens on property and very convenient to Snow Monkey Park. Meals were delicious and such a great experience!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating to English speaking travelers. The private onsen was great too.

Everything was very nice.
If I have to rank from 1 - 10; I would give almost in every parameter 10
Food, will give 9
Still a very high ranking, so would be more then happy to come back.
Shopping of souvenirs, a bit limited, but it is o.k

Having the ability to hire crampons and walking sticks was very useful for walking to the snow monkeys

This accommodation is outstanding. The dinners and breakfasts were wonderful and the service was amazing, as was the onsen.

An amazing ryokan next to the monkey park. Loved the Japanese room, the lobby and the onsen, esp the outdoor onsen.
