The couch bed in our room had a bend to it amd was uncomfortable for 1 adult. Had to sleep opposited end of the bed due to the bend

Beds were great, newly remodeled so all was well done. Staff was friendly, and the fitness room equipment was all brand new…loved it!

the coffee maker in the room was broken and wouldn't close properly. I called the front desk in the morning. It was mother's day and this outting was a treat to myself. I was told that there was nothing they could do to help me. I asked if they could borrow one from an empty room and they told me no as the maintenance man usually does that and "it's his day off." I was told to come downstairs and get coffee. A hotel is supposed to specialize in customer service and this was the worst customer service I've experienced.

The staff was horrible. The room was nice minus the fault going off in the fire alarm room all night. It was nicely remodeled but the staff including the manager was horrible. I asked to speak with the manager and was told he could not be bothered with customer complaints.

I am appalled you were told the manager was not available, I assure you we will retrain our front desk and take the proper measure so this doesn't happen again to other guests.
