"Breakfast was very busy, floor Staff a bit chaotic and the place was dirty. The young staff at Sigi’s were just wonderful, friendly, so pleasant and accomodating but the older staff a bit rude-disappointing to see. Security on grounds were lovely as were the guys in Lobby."

"This is a lovely hotel. With great a staff. It is away from the city but close enough by Grab for that part of Penang to be accessible. The breakfast was great and varied. The gym was excellent."

"The staff were very helpful at the property. The view is stunning and I really loved the area. The room is basic and very clean. They provided 2 small bottles of water which is great when you just arrive. There is a chair and table in the room. 2 towels. No kettle or mini fridge. Just toilet roll and shower gel. It's fine for what it is. However it is in a building with a kareoke place and the music (especially base is heavy) you can't sleep until it stops around 3am. I stayed 2 nights and the first night I had a deranged neighbour who screamed like a banshee for a considerable amount of time. That coupled with incessant heavy music became laughable. At around 4am then more screaching banging and shouting from this family took place. The rooms are close together so if you have inconsiderate neighbours it becomes a problem. The second night I awoke unrested tired and quite exhausted. It's a shame really as the position of the hotel is great, but the noise is too much."

"A beautiful hotel which is immaculately maintained. The gardens are right on the coast, but there is no beach access directly from the hotel. We stayed in the Rasa wing which included free soft drinks by the pool, daily afternoon tea and cocktails and canapés each evening. There were several dining options within the hotel, with many other choices available just a short walk away. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. We would thoroughly recommend for a relaxing stay."

"This hotel is well run and well managed, service was professional and friendly. Forgot passport in the safe and manager of the hotel handled it with speed and diligence to safely deliver the passport to the airpot so I could make the flight. what more needs to be said."

"The room was spacious and clean with a lovely shower and separate toilet and bath. the room was serviced each day and bottled water and towels provided. Tea and coffee making facilities supplied. The breakfast Buffet was well presented with a nice variety of food. The staff were very courteous and attentive. The pool staff were excellent along with the food service poolside staff. We have been holidaying many times at the Bayview Beach Resort and never been disappointed with our choice of venue. congratulations to all the lovely staff who made our holiday such a lovely experience. "Bed was comfy! Location is very convenient as there are bus stops, restaurants and convenient stores in walking distance. 1 thing tho we finished our glass bottle of water in the room but it was not refilled the next day. Probably need to request for it to be refilled. "
