The AC was not working properly. The night desk clerk on our first night was unclear when giving us directions. I had to ask him a few times to repeat himself, and he became annoyed.

Breakfast was waffles only, & they ran out of batter before 9AM, No butter, etc., just syrup. Coffee, apple juice & orange juice. Not very pleasant to wake up too, my expectations were definitely higher!

I was really tired and in much need of rest and I got exactly that very quiet. I rested well and felt much better.

Not very well maintained room, and we didn’t understand the limited breakfast hours so missed the important coffee!

A little run down, we had a very small room. Not enough towels and 1 was dirty. Had problems at check-in. Reserved and paid for the room on Expedia, had a receipt and the guy at the desk tried to tell me the card was declined. He basically tried to double charge me for the room.

My room key would not work each night. I had to go down to the desk and have it reprogramed every night.
