The main thing I have to recommend to improve is the food. It was never hot and didn't taste appetizing. Next time we come we'll bring our own food or go into town to eat.

Not at all what was advertised. No activities were open. The pool was closed for a private event. The toilet was cracked and leaking.

You have to sign up to do anything then pay for each activity If you don't sign up before arriving all activities are booked up.

It is my fault for not reading the small print. There is no ac or elevators. It was very warm in with room with only a box fan to cool off. We were on the 3rd floor. That’s a long way to bring up luggage, at least for us old folks. The first room smelled so bad of pet urine. We drove back to the check in building and they gladly moved us to another room. Got to that room and our keys didn’t work. They had the security guy come help us, 30 minute wait because they forgot to call him to help. Long story but for what we paid, we probably would not be back. The people that work there, nicest people ever. So friendly. Sincere. The grounds are beautiful. So many activities. If you have young kids, take them. Just maybe not in the summer, and don’t expect new and updated.

Several ameneties (reason for staying there with 3 kids) pool, mini golf, games, microwave 'in lobby' (eve pop corn...alas, check in is at 4pm and yet mist activity options clised at 5 pm!@ NO posting onlune or at desk of hours available to utilize any facilities. VERY disappointing as kids were eager to play!!

It has so much to do. It is great for families. The rooms are clean, but sort of "campy". The view is amazing.
