The second I went into my room I saw a worm on my pillow. WiFi didn’t work and there were ants in the bed frame

We encourage all guest to check the room immediately.If I had saw such activity in the room, I would not have brought in my luggage. Also, I would have informed the front desk immediately. I would not have touched or removed anything. Many times, you never see one ant, you see an ant trail. We take pride in providing a clean and comfortable environment. Again, all guest who visits our property are informed to check the room upon entering; all of our guest can attest to it.

The grounds keeper was very responsible and fixed the heater very quickly.

Avg old hotel. Shower is broken and 1 would encounter old woody smell on entrance. Heater too is way old fashioned.

No shades on windows in room I was given. No hot water.

Good day Bruce,None of the rooms have shades, only blinds.We were unaware that the water was not hot; we encourage everyone to check the room immediately and share your issues and concerns so that it will be addressed prior to you leaving our establishment. We are available 24 hours to all of our guest; If anyone has an issue with your room at any time, we encourage you to call the number provided to you at check-in. If you do not inform us of the issue, we cannot address it.

You get what you pay for! Yes, the beds weren't the cleanest with a couple of hairs that we found in the sheets, but everything else was fine and clean. The manager was wonderful and so kind. The check in process was so easy. The heater worked well in heating our entire room too. Had a good experience!
