KS tương đối mới, phòng ốc sạch sẽ, có vị trí rất thuận tiện, gần khu chợ hải sản, nhà hàng. Tuy nhiên giá phòng quá cao so với tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ của khách sạn, lễ tân có vẻ tiết kiệm nụ cười, cần vui vẻ niềm nở hơn.
