The stuffs are friendly and helpful. Like the room service and the meals are delicious. We have a very pleasant stay and will be back in the future.

This hotel is an excellent choice for those preferring a quiet setting outside busy downtown. Despite the location being a bit further from the city center, MRT connection makes main spots easily reachable. Rooms are specious and clean, while hotel staff are always willing to extend their helping hands whenever there is a need.

Good hotel but wish it was more near Taipei
Posted 26 Mar 2019 on HotelsIt's in middle of nowhere. Very outside of Taipei however there is a subway station in distance not that far HOWEVER it's not really walkable. Too dangerous have to take an Uber or taxi to the subway station or wait for their free shuttle. Good hotel with super huge lobby and a good affordable room service meals. But the location is so-so.

The buffet restaurant is better than expected for this type of hotel. Car park is very convenient for customers, plenty of space. With a more detailed guide to use the local public transportation system, this hotel could be one of the most convenient places to stay for visitors of Academia Sinica.

This hotel is too far from anything that matters: public transportation, stores, and restaurants. The front desk is pretty useless; I had been puking all day and was so weak I couldn't get out of bed. Called to ask for help getting medicine, but was told the only thing they could do is call for a taxi for me. You could be dying and the staff wouldn't care. No thanks, lesson learned, stay better next time.

I like the friendly staff and helpful with our luggage’s . They are going out of their to help us bring our luggage to taxi . Hotel is very clean . Hoping in the future to have shuttle bus service to go to port or airport.
