Everyone works in the hotel and the restaurant were very nice and welcoming which made us feel like home. They go above and beyond to provide the best customer service and experience. We will definitely come back when we visit Xi’an again!

This hotel is great for families. It really helped in our trip that our room has a washer and dryer. Room service was excellent.

Nice hotel with great service. The breakfast has decent food choices. I had a misunderstanding which was my fault but the front desk handled it professionally. Will definitely come back if we visit Xi’an again.

Best hotel for this trip. Everything is new. Except no pool. Wonderful experience
