The reception staff were very polite and professional. Our room was clean and well kept. The bathroom was very clean and nicely laid out. The refrigerator was a little loud when it ran.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable, breakfast options were lacking and bagels/bread were very dry.

Shower was horrible. It leaked all over. Carpet was disgusting.

I liked most everything. Raj at the customer service desk is very courteous. He made us feel welcomed and at home, especially after a 10 hour drive. I think all toilets in hotels should be upgraded to comfort height.
