The receptionist wasn't very welcoming in my opinion. The breakfast wasn't good in my opinion. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The pool room was TOO HOT!!!

I booked 2 Queen bedroom and got a king bed. There was nothing they can do as hotel was fully booked. Front desk told me to wait for her manager for half hr but never heard from anyone after.

I am confused. I just looked at your reservation and it shows that you were in a 2 Queen room. Did you have another reservation that I am missing?

Super clean and friendly staff. We were able to bring our Goldens with us and that was nice and convenient.

The pool has too much chlorine my eyes were burning.
Also, pool area said no diving and there was a whole bunch of little kids diving in the pool There were parents there And didn’t say anything and We weren’t able to swim with all the splashing in kids, jumping in between people

I am sorry that you had this expeience. We test our pool chemicals twice a day. People have different reactions to the chlorine levels, but I can assure you they were in a safe range. As far as the no diving, it is posted. No children are allowed to swim without and adult. There is no life guard on duty, so it really is up to the parents to make sure the rules are being followed. I hope you stay with us again.
