The staff when we checked were more than rude. We were not informed of the $100 deposit and when we questioned it she demanded a credit card. There was supposed to be a mini fridge in the room and there wasn't. Also the beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

The staff was warm and welcoming. The room was comfortable. It was an enjoyable stay.

This hotel is a real gem in the sense that is a nice polished turd. When you check in the front desk, they will inform you that they will only make up your room every three days which is BS because you have to go and remind them that you want your room cleaned. I stayed for a full week and had to ask the front desk to have my room cleaned on Wednesday, which was the only time they ever cleaned my room. I asked the front desk a second time on Friday, however, they forgot to tell housekeeping. So if you enjoy using dirty towels for a week and rationing your toilet paper this is the place for you
