Beautiful property in a great part of town. All my encounters with staff were great. Highly recommend this hotel.

Live eight nights here. Frankly speaking, no any service attitude to customer from the restaurant female manager. Refuse my request to switch the breakfast from one day to another due to the very early check out of the last day. Please underatand I am paying for the good service from a five star hotel, but you make me feel I am facing a government office.
