Same as their other properties, which overpromise with decent pics but really undelivered. The bedding is super cheap and you can feel so many springs under the thin mattress. This brand does not provide any toiletries in both fair city center location and ovo. Reception is painstakingly located in the third floor in a maze of offices. It’s like their agents are paid to be called and apathetic to your arrival. Absolutely no amenities you won’t get wash towels or hand towels just two crusty bath towels that are too tiny for your stay.
