The room is a bit dated except for the kitchen and bathroom. The room was very clean and staff very helpful

Door was filled of insects at night. Bar area lack ingredients the chef was nice tried to cater for my needs with the little that he has. The entrance seems unsafe to me if the security not around someone could walk straight to the room.

Thanks for your review, however I will seek to clarify your concerns.Yes there were rain flies due to bad weather experienced over the weekend (as this is not the norm). This is due to the property close proximity to the Nature Sanctuary, once there is bad weather rain flies are attracted to light that is why there are screens in place.Our bar and restaurant is always well stocked but please bear in mind we are a very small property and cater to small groupings of people therefore our menu is not very extensive.We have several surveillance cameras throughout the property along with manned security throughout the night as security is one of our top priorities.Have a wonderful day!

Best location. Short walk to Dover, Worthing and Rockley beaches. Near to 3 grocery stores and Worthing Square, great food options. Some of the friendliest staff we've ever experienced.
