The staff were friendly and helpful and the cleanliness was spotless. However the decor is dated. Food was OK.

Well appointed hotel with lovely spa facilities. Restaurant menu not very exciting, standard fare.

Leaking toilet, bed mattress needs replacing- noisey springs. noise from people in other rooms, noise from plumbing from other rooms when toilets flushed and taps turned on , poor lighting.
Service desk were friendly - but only offered an apology. No goodwill or partial refund etc.
Best western hotels- I will be avoiding in the future.
