I booked online, paid, but when I got to the guesthouse 10minutes later, nobody opened, I called the number for 30 minutes, no response, so I had to go find another place to stay in the middle of the night

Good day Meeda, my most humble apologies for this inconvenience. Our same day bookings close at 8pm and our check in desk is only open until 10pm. I see that the reservation was made just after 10pm. This must be a mistake on the online site you booked through. I will follow up with them and try my best for them to refund you (the payment is still with the online site, I have not taken the payment). I hope you found suitable accommodation for your stay in Worcester.

Very comfortable
Posted 4 Mar 2019 on HotelsVery comfortable. The breakfast is really good and the service is great. I had no view from my room (no. 1) but I can't blame The Habit for that - the location is very convenient, being in the town, and sitting on the patio to eat supper it was easy to forget where I was. I felt comfortable to walk in the evening to get something to eat, but might not do that once it is dark.
