No soap for hands in bathroom, bed slides away from wall when sitting up. Because on motorway service station to go south was difficult. Staff were excellent.

Well placed for our festival at Upton Upon Severn - the use of the well signposted private road made a huge difference! Very friendly staff. Good value for money. The chocolates left with the tea making facility was a nice touch as was the tissues in the bathroom. Free WiFi was appreciated.

The radiator in room was not working, but once this was reported to staff a portable heater was promptly provided.
