Lovely room and building, great location, but housekeeping never came during our stay - the bed was never made, towels and supplies were not replenished.

it was a small but very optimized hotel, modern, clean and staff was friendly and i did like the service. Breakfast was served hot and had all that i requested for my husband and I. we booked the deluxe sweet I believe and we actually really like the layout of the bathroom...there was a tv in the bathroom mirror...gasp. that was the most shocking about our experience in the hotel. But besides that, we will be coming back. Thank you!

This was the first night we spent together as a married couple. The amenities were beautiful and the service was impeccable. We plan to return in the future. We loved the private hot tub and balcony.

Excellent location to access all Wooster has to offer: shopping, restaurants, distillery, special shoppes and beautifully decorated historic buildings. Safe place for me to run as well!! The hotel was so clean and every staff member was so nice and helpful!
