Hotel called me last night to tell me they have canceled my reservation but did not contact Expedia. Still waiting for my refund.

Not enough staff. The front desk employee looked overwhelmed and he was hard to understand and I’m not sure he understood anything I said either.

The bathriom had large water stains in ceiling. Lighting was very poor in bathroom and room. The toiket had a large shoe print on lid. Towel was dirty. Hotel was loud.

It was in a odd location to find. The lighting could be better on the outside of the building. The front desk greeter was pleasant though had communication issues. Pillows were comfortable and bed was OK. Needed some upgrades.

We have used this hotel in the past for all of our employees that come from another state and had no problems. We used it this time and our employees said it was noisy, drugs were being used and they were very uncomfortable staying there.
