Property was clean. Breakfast was okay, nothing to write home about. Hotel is in a “towel shortage” and wants you to keep the same towels the whole stay which was annoying due to me taking several baths/showers a day. Staff was nice, friendly. Overall i enjoyed my stay.

Smell in room wasn't pleasent. Carpet was dirty. People that aren't guest eating breakfast

We apologize for the issues that you had. I do hope that you informed the desk staff so that we had the opportunity to make things right while you were here and move your accommodations. As for people eating that are not guests, people would only be aware of this if they see someone being escorted out by staff as we do not allow this.

They canceled my reservation without sending me email or anything. And I have find another place that night!

Your reservation was not cancelled. Due to unexpected stayovers during a sell-out, we upgraded your standard room with 2 queen beds to a room with a king bed, a full-size pullout sofa, 2 televisions, and a whirlpool. You did not want a whirlpool in the room and that was all we had left. I apologize that solution was unsatisfactory to you.

Beds are extremely uncomfortable, WiFi was down, and breakfast was lackluster. Staff were great!

Staff has terrible attitude complaing they are short staffed. Had a terrible incident where staff walked into room at night while i was in bed.

As it was explained to you, all of the Best Western systems went down at all properties. The staff member was trying to ensure that no guests were accidentally checked into occupied rooms. She knocked and received no answer so she tried to enter the room to see if it was inhabited. The latch was on so she was unable to enter or see inside the room. It was a hectic night. I apologize that you still did not understand the situation. We did not mean to inconvenience you in any way. You asked for your night to be comped and I granted it.
