This motel is what I would call dumpy. The room smelled of disinfectants and other odors. The shower and toilet were almost unusable as it was so small in that area you could hardly fit in the shower or access the toilet or get the door open or closed. I will definetly go to a different hotel when we stay at Woodburn, OR. It was also high priced for this kind of place.

Check in was quick, but no personal touch. Room door was open when we got to it. Inside one light and the coffee maker were unplugged, had to get down on the florr to plug in and the coffee maker couldn't be used because the coffee holder didn't fit the machine. One drawer couldn't be used for clothes because there were food crumbs in it. The air conditioner is way loud. The breakfast was pretty good - biscuits and gravy was a surprise. Parking was real easy. There is a real squeaky door somewhere nearby that could be heard in the night. WiFi seemed fine.

Pros: Shopping and eating is walking distance. That was a huge plus! Quiet area, close to freeway. Breakfast is good (see cons on this below).
Cons: Breakfast was good (buffet style- waffles, eggs, sausage, etc). But weekends it’s supposed to go until 10am and food was out by 9am. Front desk asked staff to supply more food and the person had a huge attitude and only gave a little bit of waffle batter and left the room. My family as well as others had to go without breakfast although hours were to end by 10am.
This property needs a huge remodel. Our room was so stuffy and dusty. It’s a non smoking facility. But our room smelled as if it was once a smoking room. The air conditioning blew lukewarm air and opening the window didn’t help. Carpets are old and seem to not have been cleaned in awhile. The couch in our room was old and stained. Couch bed was warn and dirty. Walls are dingy and yellow. It was uncomfortable and dirty. This is not to blame the cleaning staff, they do what they can with what they have, property owners need to make this hotel better.
I will never stay here or recommend this location to anyone.

It needs some maintenance inside and out but comfort is essential and this hotel has it, close to shopping and restaurants

Bathroom had no where to put anything. NOT functional. Bed was comfortable.

Facilities were clean, friendly staff. Near a highway so it was a bit noisy with traffic and really loud motorcycles throughout the night.
