A very clean place to stop for the night. Close to the outlet mall and several places to eat. Great water pressure in the shower!

It was easy to access, the parking was great, breakfast and dinner options were close by as were refueling options

Facility advertised having Electric Vehicle plug-ins; that was entire reason I booked at this Hotel. In reality, they did NOT have any availability for an EV plug-in. I was very disappointed, cancelled my stay, and stayed elsewhere.

The staff was good and helpful. Breakfast was good and all was clean. Rooms were good. There is a major issue with loud groups allowed to run up and down hallways at midnight and past. Loud talking and our 90 year old mother had to call front desk at 2 am as someone was in next room trying to get in her room and loud. Very scary for her. We stayed 3 nights and all the nights were this loud group of people. We had specifically asked for top floor and to have adjoining rooms with our 90 yr old Mom. Very disconcerting for a Best Western. We will probably not stay at this one as the staff is evidently letting groups come and stay and not controlling the noise. It was very odd.
