The elevator was not operating had to use the stairs and the lights went out in the room no power in hall way lights flickering

#1 - Don't believe the 10/10 reviews on this site! This is not a 4-star hotel! The rooms are in dire need of renovations. Things are beat up and need replaced. In our room: torn curtains, stained sheets with holes, worn out towels, stained wash clothes, the cell & TV reception dropped repeatedly, stained/moldy grout around bathtub, the toilet too low, loose seat, ripped shower curtain, rusted metal door jam in bathroom, dirty/worn carpet with holes in areas, stained ceiling, dirty marks on the walls, cobwebs in bathroom, dirty/stained bathtub, poor water pressure in shower, dirty floor tile, refrigerator interior dirty, window sills dirty & in bad shape, no USB ports, the pool was ice cold & in need of plaster repairs throughout, the walls and bathroom in pool area were in very poor condition and dirty, the rubber flooring around the pool is cracked with holes and dirty, the exterior patio off the pool had overgrown weeds and a dead bird right in the sitting area, ice maker was rusted and dirty.
We were under the impression breakfast was included but were told it was actually $15 per person per day. We asked hotel staff about this and were told it was an Expedia issue. We contacted Expedia and were told it was a hotel issue. Expedia & the hotel did nothing. My husband was eating a donut (purchased elsewhere) in the lobby and a hotel worker ran over asking for his room number so they could charge us $15 for breakfast! This happened to multiple guests.No checkout receipt given.

Im glad the facilty had a pool, but disappointed that the water was ice cold. My son loves water and he only lasted 10 minutes in there before he wanted to come out

Room was 79`. Air conditioner did not work, and they could.not get ot working.

The website said that there was dining and a lounge area. However it never mentioned it was only Open Monday through Thursday. We booked this hotel for that reason we were only staying that one evening. It was very inconvenient for us to try to find something after traveling more than 24 hours.
