Stayed for a couple of nights here due to my flights being delayed. I found the room very stark. Nothing in there to make it feel comfortable or inviting. The bathroom is small and the shower was just tall enough for me to stand in it. My TV and room phone didn't work in the 1st room, I had to go down to reception to let them know, so they moved me to another. No folder with information in the room about the hotel and services, just one sheet of paper on the table. And nothing on that. Like if i wanted to order room service, i would have no idea what to order. The Gym is useless, don't even bother going there. Also to charge customers $10 for the shuttle to the airport, which is about a 10 minute walk away, I think that should be free. I walked to the airport it was that close. The staff on reception were great and helped me out. But this is 3 star hotel at 4 star prices. Very disappointing really.
