I loved the property! It was beautiful, but I did not see instructions as to how to access the underground parking area. It would have been nice to have that than walking up to Summer Street in the wind and rain to access my vehicle.

Nice efficient studio suite with a balcony and beautiful water view. Very quiet building. We liked the underground parking (for an extra fee) and having direct access to the Harvest Moon Trail for cycling. There are several good restaurants within walking distance. There is no elevator or reception in the building. After booking, you receive entry codes via email and/or texts.

Loved the layout of the apartment - very comfortable. Parking was a bit of a challenge due to a parking lot close by was being resurfaced and street parking was fully occupied. An exception for parking was available on the next block while the other lot was being constructed.
No elevator.
