Highly recommended hotel

Nice service, but the rooms were too austere for the price. My last hospital room had more character.

Thank you for your comments. When judging the price, please take into consideration the fact that your room price also includes the agency fees. Concerning the Hospital remark I guess you must have good health insurance! For my last hospital visit, my room didn't even have a coat hook let alone a wardrobe. To continue with the hospital comparison, a private hospital room - we'll choose private because you didn't have to share your hotel bathroom with a complete stranger - plus the three "meals" a day costs around 100€ a night (2018 prices, french hospital) - that's a lot more than we charge for a single room and a buffet breakfast even after you've deducted the hospital lunch and dinner!

It was a lovely quiet spot even though it is on a main road. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Would have loved to have a kettle in room to make coffee at night.

nice place along the way
Posted 30 Nov 2017 on Hotelsafter a long drive, on our first night of the trip. the hotel was great, located conveniently 15-20 minutes from the Flekenstein castle, and the German border.
Service was great, and hotel is very clean and comfortable.
