The room was clean but there was no attention to detail ( corners, dust under bed, etc), after all that's what distinguishes establishments from one another. The bathroom was always wet due to the shower design construction. No night light for kids to visit at night the bathroom. The whole room had to be lit like new years or use mobile flashlight. This is family orientated hotel/resort. Small things and attention to details are what make a champion and hotel was laking of this. Not adequate beer selection or wine selection no kids menu? Staff, service, cleanliness 8.2 .

Prices over the roof always in consideration to what you receive. You pay for everything except silverware and napkins.
Aqua park perfect for kids and adults although some water slides did not work due to maintenance. Food at aqua park is garbage 6.1.

Amazing atmosphere, family friendly and excellent service. I can’t say enough about the one of a kind experience we had at this resort.

Just newly added on Hotels.com - ask at the reception for other room options that include admission to the spa and wellness area, it wasn't an option at booking. Close driving distance to harbor and island Poel.

Posted 22 Feb 2024 on HotelsDet var överlag bra. Termostaten på rummet fungerade tyvärr inte, svinvarmt och svårt att sova. De utlovade "badtofflorna" fick vi tigga oss till av städerskan. Badlandet var helt okej, ingen jätteanläggning men räckte till för oss.
