This hotel was clean, quiet, and very convenient. My daughter and I used and enjoyed the hot tub and pool during our stay. The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We definitely will stay here again

Hello, Angelica. According to our records, you haven't even stayed with us yet. You were due to check in today but said you had changed the dates with Expedia. According to Expedia, you never changed the reservation, so we are not sure why we are getting a bad review. Expedia is responsible for any changes made to a reservation booked through them. If you are having problems with changing your reservation, you need to talk to their agents. We are bound by contract with them, so it is unfair to give us a bad review for something we can't fix or change.
