Main elevator was filled with the same candy on the floor for three days. Garbage in the elevator and people up late and loud.

I think customer service was very poor upon arrival. I was told that my reservation was for two adults and I said why would I make a reservation for a kids waterpark for two adults? There were supposed to be three children to adults. It was made on Expedia and they made me pay for the children.

It’s ok no major problems just didn’t like the overall all experience

The building was dirty smell like POT. Sounded like heard of cattle all night long kids running halls, Couldn’t use hot tub even after getting there stood in line for 20 minutes to sit for 5 minutes crazy. Will never stay again. Need. My money back.

Room was not cleaned, multiple people smoking weed in the hallways. Very noisy early in the morning.
