Location great rest just ok
Posted 30 Dec 2023 on HotelsAmazing location right on lake. Not so good coffee pot was dirty had not been clean. Biggest issue was the snow and ice on stairs was not clean. We had a unit on lower level and you had to hold on tight to guard rail going up or down stairs due to the snow and ice

The location and outdoor areas of this property are fantastic! We did have a late check in and it was difficult to find our building and unit in the dark. It also would have been nice to have a light on inside when we arrived. The staircase heading up to our second floor unit and balcony were patched together and in need of attention. Otherwise our condo was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. Would stay here in the future.

Soon as we walked in the condo smelled like they just cleaned with bleach or something similar. That was exactly what I wanted to smell to let me know it had been cleaned before our arrival. The shower head in the bathroom on main floor fell apart when I tried to change the water pattern. I called the office and maintenance came right away to replace it so that was nice. Overall it was a great experience. We were in condo# 614. I would definitely recommend this place!

Family vacaton
