Best before expired long time ago……
Posted 19 Jan 2024 on HotelsI am writing this review at 05 in the morning because the bed keeps me awake, it is completely worn out, soft, and I can feel the springs from the mattress in my back.
There seems to be a topping bedding mattress missing, it feels unhygienic and the sheet just moves around. It supposed to be a double bed but the two separate beds just sliding apart. The pillow is also warned out with lumps in it. The heat in the room was off and it felt cold when we arrived. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower cabin, unfortunately the shower was faulty so all the water ran out onto the bathroom floor. The towels are so warn out, frayed and torn. Rooms were very poorly cleaned.
We tried the pool which was nice and felt fresh apart from some odor that came from time to time. The pool was a little too cold for my taste. We also bowled on extremely worn out courts. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, a hamburger which was ok and a mixed grill which was an extremely small portion. The breakfast was basic, no large selection and not worth the price.
It must have been a nice facility once upon a time, now it feels very worn out and as if they are struggling to get it going around.

Did use the restaurant and the food was excellent good selection and the quality was spot on would recommend this hotel for the price the amenities and the excellent bar and restaurant lots more to do and see around but sadly I was working.

Posted 23 Aug 2018 on HotelsRecently refurbished, nice rooms & restaurant. Service in the bar & restaurant was very slow though, not enough staff and those that were there didn't seem in any hurry!
