I paid for a suite. It said in description there were two queen beds and one pull out sofa. The two queen beds were up in the wall, and we had to pull them down. The couch cushions were very worn and had torn spots. None of us slept hardly at all because of the person above us walking back and forth pretty much all night. I’m very disappointed and won’t be going back to a Best Western.

We understand that a good nights sleep is important and we are sorry that you were unable to get the rest you needed due to the guests above you. We understand that murphy beds are a little unusual, but it allows us to give guests extra space when they are not sleeping. The couch is being repaired.

The only bad thing we can say is the elevator was broke and our room was on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was great. Close to restaurants and ski slopes.

We do apologize about the elevator being out of service. It was certainly inconvenient for guests and staff! Good news is that is now fixed and fully operational!

The location near restaurants and shopping, as well as the proximity to the Link bus stops was amazing. This hotel was exactly what we expected it to be and is the perfect place to stay when visiting Winter Park.
