Clean , quiet property, close to everything, quite a few dining options , room is clean a spacious and cozy.

There are holes punched into the bathroom door. The pool has been shut down so we had to walk over to the other hotels pool. Not a huge deal but inconvenient.

It sounds like you had an eventful time! Those holes in the bathroom door sound concerning. Hopefully, it wasn't anything too serious. It's a bummer that the pool was shut down, but at least you had another option nearby. Did you manage to enjoy your time at the other hotel's pool despite the inconvenience?

The staff are the stars at this property but a refresh of the actual hotel is badly needed. It's also bad form to charge near-restaurant prices for what should be a free breakfast.

Property is in need of renovation, very dirt and elevator was broken, trash on the aisles.

I would like to give a shout out to Amber and Chris. They were very welcoming, and friendly. Chris gave us some good information on maneuvering the Legoland park which
was very helpful for people our age. We got to enjoy every minute of it with our grandson. Thanks a lot Amber and Chris!
