When purchasing a stay at the grove resort I was not aware I had to pay 80$ at check in on top of
The 400$ for the one night stay. My daughter left her iPhone in the room and it was never turned in & they said they didn’t find it . We were also expecting to get free breakfast because that’s what it said when we purchased the room & everything cost money. . Would be great if you just planned on staying at the hotel for the water park but not good if you plan on going out to universal or seaworld .

I bought from expedia.com thinking what i paid was it but when i went there they asked for more money at that point i came all way from airport area to this place driving 2 hour then i get to know i have to pay additional which wasn't mentioned there will be charge and safety deposit we had to pay . That was not a good experience. Plz mentioned that there will be extra fee so that people can bring money accordingly. Thank you over all the resort was nice clean and everything went good

Staff in kids area were great. Bedding was not not clean.

The rooms were extremely dirty, old, and musty
