Everything was perfect. The early morning park maintenance was pretty loud, overall a really fun family vacation. Will definitely be back

Didnt have my room cleaned and had to wash my own pool towels. Not much of a vacation for a parent.

The property itself was nice, but navigating through the building felt like navigating a maze, with long walks through hallways and stairs to reach different areas. Upon check-in, I encountered some issues that left me debating between a 3 or 4-star rating. I had booked through Expedia and was uncertain if parking was included, given the hefty $28 per day charge. After calling both the hotel and Expedia, I was assured that parking was indeed included in my package. However, upon arrival, I was unexpectedly charged for parking for 3 days. Despite spending over 30 minutes trying to resolve this with the staff, I was ultimately told that everyone had to pay for parking. When we went to our room, the door was open and the door was not locking properly, requiring a trip downstairs for assistance. Although they attempted to fix it, the manager ended up assigning us a new room, wasting valuable time that could have been spent enjoying the amenities. Additionally, while the condo itself was decent, it was in need of some maintenance. The beds were uncomfortable, and the blankets were disappointingly thin. The outdoor pool also left much to be desired, as it looked musty which deterred us from using it. However, the water park provided a better experience, though the water quality was average at best. I would not go back.

WaterPark: We chose this hotel for the heated water park attached to the hotel for a quick 3 night stay. Disappointed the lazy river & kids splash zone was not heated. Main pool was, but definitely not that much. Probably low 80s/high 70s. Also, rooms have full kitchen which is nice. We made sandwiches for 1st day at pool with snacks & fruit, only to find out outside food/coolers weren't allowed. We were in Building 2. Very far walk from pool. Plus, the kids enjoyed the surf lesson. WDW: Originally had not planned on going, but due to disappointment in water park, we ended up going to Magic Kingdom for our second day. It was easier to access WDW since it was west of WDW than staying on International Drive to the east. Checkin: Checkin was frustrating. Upon arrival I was told to park in garage 2. There were self checkin kiosk but no directions/maps to tell you how to get to your room through the confusing maze of buildings, parking decks, and elevators. Nor was there an option to add parking for parking pass. So I had to wait in the reg line after getting room keys for that. Once I spoke with staff and given a map of the property, I was told how to get from my car to the room. No one mentioned the wing we were in was on accessible by 1 of 2 elevators. Luggage carts were only for staff. We went to the wrong elevator. Pulling all luggage, groceries, etc with 3 young kids. It was a nightmare. It took ~45 minutes to get to our room.

Staff was really friendly. Only issue was during checking they didn’t provide free parking offered on Expedia or two free drinks.

Upon arrival our room was not ready. In lieu of that; management was quick to make it right. Rooms are spacious, perfect for families with a full kitchen. Lots of walking from our building to water park and restaurants. No room service. However my family loved it and we would revisit.
