The property as far as the actual rooms and hotel was clean. The street and surrounding property had a lot of trash. Not sure that is the responsibility of the hotel but it is a detriment.
The hotel was noisy and a "party" was held in the patio/courtyard area that was right under our window. (2nd floor) The music was being played so loud at 10:30 pm that a complaint was made to the front desk and no solution was achieved. They were allowed to continue well after the complaint. This was an infringement on all the guests who were not involves in the party.

3rd floor carpet was very bumpy making it hard to walk at time. The pool was cold, our hot water in our room was cold after asking twice if it could be fixed. Breakfast wasn’t anything special. Some of the staff weren’t very helpful but I wanted to shout out Winston at front desk and the older woman that helps out with clean up was very friendly and sweet. Other than that it I would t stay here again.

Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were very clean. The only downside was the humps in the carpet on 3rd floor
