Check in took a bit because front desk taking a reserrvation. It was fine when he was done but it was fine when he finally got to me

I loved the property and Mr. Blue was absolutely amazing. His knowledge and kind spirit are amazing. He actually went above and beyond the call of duty. The only downfall was the hot water was horrible. The water did not get hot at all.

I travel to Winston Salem often I usually stay at this property. It's always priced good and the staff is wonderful! I highly recommend it.

Check in was not convenient. Waited 5 minutes for a representative to check in, no one at front desk. Further wait to obtain a room as agent was not familiar with system and how to add a Canadian address. Overall checkin took over 15 minutes which was not comparable to other hotels. The hotel was dated but clean and comfortable.
