I had a ham and cheese sandwich at Altos which they charged me $15.99 , and soup for $4.99 which was less than a cup. It was not worth it and I won’t be eating at Altos again

The pool area had little kids jumping into the hot tub with snotty noses. Turned my father and I off and we immediately left the area back to our room. Carpets in the room all dirty and stained. The rooms were very outdated and realized there isn't a complimentary breakfast where most hotel's offer this with the booking.
The price for a nights stay should be around $80 max. Disappointed and won't be staying again.

Couldn’t use blankets as they were dirty with what seemed to look like someone else’s snot, didn’t have enough pillows to accommodate myself or my partner. other then that it was okay

The hotel room was clean, but the parking lot area had lots of litter. Very dated. Hallway had quite a bit of dirt on the carpet as well.

Had a to lodge a noise complaint that took over 3 hours to get dealt with, so management decided to comp my stay.

My stay at the hotel was great overall. The service, room, and amenities were excellent. However, the lack of provided slippers was disappointing. Hopefully, they'll consider adding this in the future.
